Exchange and return policy

  • You can exchange or return products within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
  • Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, without removing the attached product information card or stickers on the products, and be wrapped in the original packaging and unused.



  • The customer does not bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return in the following cases:

1- The customer receives a product other than the one he ordered.

2- The product is broken or malfunctioning due to an error by the shipping company.

3- The product is defective for any other reason.


  • The customer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return, estimated at (30) riyals in the following cases.

1- The customer chooses a product other than the one he wanted.

2- The product is no longer suitable for him.

3- The customer no longer wants the product.

  • Customer's mobile number.
  • Customer name.
  • Name of the product to be replaced or returned.
  • Reason for exchange or return.

• You will be informed of the return order method and will be served directly once your order is received and the safety of the products and accessories is confirmed.
